\n All deposits and withdrawals on Play360 must be made through\n permitted payment methods and must comply with Play360’s\n verification, security, fraud-prevention, and applicable legal\n requirements.\n <\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n\n\n

1. Deposit Requirements<\/h2>\n\n

\n Users may deposit funds into their Play360 wallet only from a\n payment account or bank account that belongs to the registered\n Play360 account holder.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n Deposits made using another person’s bank account, payment account,\n card, wallet, or other third-party payment method are not permitted.\n <\/p>\n\n\n

\n\n

\n Third-Party Deposits Are Not Allowed\n <\/h3>\n\n

\n A user must deposit money only from an account or payment method\n registered in their own name.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n If Play360 identifies an unauthorised or third-party deposit,\n the amount may be placed on hold while the transaction is\n investigated and may be returned to the original account holder\n or handled according to applicable payment, security, and legal\n requirements.\n <\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n\n\n

2. Minimum Deposit<\/h2>\n\n

3. UTR \/ Transaction Reference Number<\/h2>\n\n

\n When making a deposit, users may be required to provide the correct\n UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) or transaction reference number\n associated with the payment.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n Depending on the payment method, the UTR or transaction reference\n may contain 12 or 16 digits<\/strong>.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n Users are responsible for entering the correct UTR\/reference number.\n Incorrect, incomplete, duplicated, or invalid transaction information\n may result in a delay in crediting the deposit.\n <\/p>\n\n\n

\n\n Important:<\/strong>\n\n

\n Do not enter a UTR number belonging to another transaction.\n A deposit can only be successfully verified when the submitted\n transaction details correspond with the actual payment.\n <\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n\n\n

4. Deposit Processing Time<\/h2>\n\n

\n After a successful payment and submission of the correct transaction\n information, the deposit may be reflected in the user’s Play360\n wallet between 00:00 hours and up to 24 hours<\/strong>,\n subject to payment verification and technical processing.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n A deposit may take longer where there is a payment-provider delay,\n incorrect UTR information, bank processing delay, security review,\n technical issue, or other circumstances outside Play360’s reasonable\n control.\n <\/p>\n\n\n

5. Deposit Verification<\/h2>\n\n

\n Play360 may verify deposits before crediting funds to a user’s wallet.\n Verification may include checking the transaction reference,\n payment source, account ownership, transaction amount, and other\n relevant information.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n Play360 may request additional information or documentation where\n reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, unauthorised payments,\n money laundering, or other prohibited activity, subject to applicable\n law.\n <\/p>\n\n\n

6. Unauthorised Deposits<\/h2>\n\n

\n If Play360 identifies a deposit that appears to have been made\n without the authorisation of the account holder or from an\n unauthorised third-party account, the amount may be temporarily\n blocked or placed on hold.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n Play360 may investigate the transaction and, where appropriate,\n may attempt to return the funds to the original account holder or\n payment source in accordance with applicable law and payment-provider\n procedures.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n The Play360 account may also be restricted while the transaction\n is being investigated.\n <\/p>\n\n\n

7. Withdrawal Requirements<\/h2>\n\n

\n Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or permitted payment\n account belonging to the verified Play360 account holder.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n Third-party withdrawal accounts are not permitted.\n <\/p>\n\n\n

\n\n

\n Withdrawal Account Ownership\n <\/h3>\n\n

\n The name and account details associated with the withdrawal\n account should correspond with the verified Play360 account\n holder’s information.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n Play360 may reject, delay, or hold a withdrawal if the receiving\n account appears to belong to another person or if additional\n verification is required.\n <\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n\n\n

8. Minimum Withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n

\n The minimum withdrawal amount from a Play360 wallet is:\n <\/p>\n\n

9. Withdrawal Verification<\/h2>\n\n

\n Before processing a withdrawal, Play360 may require the user to\n complete identity, age, payment, bank-account, security, or other\n verification procedures.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n Where required, users may be asked to provide documents such as\n a PAN card, passport or other valid government-issued identity\n document, and bank-account documentation.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n The withdrawal will be processed only after the required verification\n has been successfully completed.\n <\/p>\n\n\n

10. Withdrawal Processing Time<\/h2>\n\n

\n After a withdrawal request has been successfully submitted and\n required verification has been completed, the amount may take\n approximately 48 to 72 working hours<\/strong> to be credited\n to the user’s verified bank account.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n Processing times may vary depending on bank holidays, weekends,\n payment-provider processing, verification procedures, technical\n issues, or other circumstances outside Play360’s reasonable control.\n <\/p>\n\n\n

11. Third-Party Withdrawals<\/h2>\n\n

\n Play360 does not permit withdrawals to bank accounts or payment\n methods belonging to another person.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n If a withdrawal request is submitted using third-party account\n details, Play360 may reject or place the withdrawal on hold until\n the ownership of the receiving account has been verified.\n <\/p>\n\n\n

12. Fraudulent or Manipulated Transactions<\/h2>\n\n

\n Play360 may restrict, hold, or investigate transactions associated\n with suspected fraud, hacking, game manipulation, unauthorised\n payments, false information, stolen payment methods, or other\n prohibited activity.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n Accounts involved in confirmed serious violations may be suspended\n or permanently terminated in accordance with Play360 policies and\n applicable law.\n <\/p>\n\n\n

13. User Responsibility<\/h2>\n\n

  • \n Depositing funds only from their own permitted account.\n <\/li>\n\n
  • \n Providing accurate payment and transaction information.\n <\/li>\n\n
  • \n Providing the correct UTR or transaction reference when required.\n <\/li>\n\n
  • \n Using a bank\/payment account in their own name for withdrawals.\n <\/li>\n\n
  • \n Providing accurate identity information during verification.\n <\/li>\n\n
  • \n Keeping account and payment credentials secure.\n <\/li>\n\n <\/ul>\n\n\n

    14. No Sharing of Payment Credentials<\/h2>\n\n

    \n Users must never share their password, OTP, CVV, PIN, banking\n password, or other confidential payment\/security credentials with\n anyone claiming to represent Play360.\n <\/p>\n\n\n

    15. Policy Changes<\/h2>\n\n

    \n Play360 may update this Deposit & Withdrawal Policy from time to\n time to reflect changes in payment systems, security procedures,\n services, or applicable laws and regulations.\n <\/p>\n\n
