1 Referral Reward

Play360 allows eligible users to earn a ₹50 referral reward by referring new eligible users.

• The referred user must register through a valid referral link.
• The referred user must successfully deposit at least ₹100.
• The deposit must be successfully credited to the user's Play360 account.
• Only qualifying deposits are considered for the referral reward.

2 Minimum Deposit Requirement

The referred user must make a minimum successful deposit of ₹100.

Deposits that are cancelled, reversed, refunded, disputed or identified as fraudulent may not qualify.

3 Wagering / Bet Cycle Requirement

The ₹50 referral reward is not immediately withdrawable after being credited.

The referral reward must complete a 1× wagering (bet) cycle before the reward amount becomes available for withdrawal.

4 Eligible Bets

Only eligible and successfully settled bets placed through Play360 may count toward the wagering requirement.

• Cancelled bets may not count.
• Voided bets may not count.
• Reversed transactions may not count.
• Test or promotional transactions may be excluded.
• Transactions associated with fraud or abuse may be excluded.

5 Withdrawal of Referral Reward

A referral reward cannot be withdrawn immediately after it is credited.

The reward must first complete the required wagering cycle and satisfy all applicable withdrawal requirements.

• Required wagering must be completed.
• Required bets must be settled.
• Account verification requirements may apply.
• KYC requirements may apply.
• Minimum withdrawal requirements may apply.
• Anti-fraud checks may be performed.

6 Referral Link

The new user must register through the referring user's valid Play360 referral link.

If the referral relationship cannot be verified by the Play360 system, the reward may not be issued.

7 Self-Referral Prohibited

Self-referral and creation of multiple accounts for obtaining referral rewards are strictly prohibited.

• Creating multiple accounts to obtain rewards.
• Using another person's identity to create an account.
• Using multiple payment accounts to circumvent promotional rules.
• Coordinating multiple accounts to obtain referral benefits.

8 One Person – One Account

Unless expressly permitted by Play360, each individual should maintain only one Play360 account.

Multiple accounts created for promotional abuse may result in cancellation of rewards and account restrictions.

9 Fraud & Abuse Prevention

Play360 may investigate referral activity where suspicious or unusual activity is detected.

During an investigation, referral rewards may temporarily remain pending.

If abuse or fraud is confirmed, Play360 may:

• Cancel the referral reward.
• Reverse an incorrectly credited reward.
• Restrict promotional eligibility.
• Suspend or restrict an account where permitted.
• Take other appropriate action under applicable rules.

10 No Guaranteed Profit

Referral rewards are promotional benefits only. Play360 does not guarantee any profit or winnings from betting or wagering.

Users should participate responsibly and only use funds they can afford to lose.

11 Reward Limits

Play360 may introduce reasonable limits on the referral program, including:

• Maximum qualifying referrals.
• Daily or monthly referral limits.
• Promotional limits per account.
• Other reasonable anti-abuse restrictions.

12 Technical Errors

If a referral reward is incorrectly credited due to a technical or system error, Play360 may correct the error.

Users must not intentionally exploit technical errors to obtain promotional benefits.

13 Changes to the Program

Play360 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Referral Program.

This may include changes to the reward amount, minimum deposit, wagering requirement, eligibility conditions, or reward limits.

14 Support

If you believe you have completed all referral requirements but your reward has not been credited, contact Play360 Support.
