5. Documents Must Belong to the Account Holder

Documents submitted for verification must belong to the person who owns and operates the Play360 account.

Users must not submit another person’s PAN card, passport, bank details, identity document, or other verification information.

The name and relevant information on the submitted documents should correspond with the information provided during account registration, subject to legitimate exceptions and applicable verification procedures.

6. False or Misleading Information

Providing false, inaccurate, misleading, altered, forged, or fraudulent information during registration or verification is strictly prohibited.

• Submitting altered or forged documents.
• Using another person’s bank account for withdrawal.

7. Underage Users

If Play360 reasonably believes that an account belongs to or is being operated by a person below the applicable minimum age, Play360 may immediately restrict access to age-restricted services and may suspend or terminate the account.

Play360 may conduct an appropriate verification process before determining how the account and any associated transactions should be handled.

8. Parents and Guardians

Parents and guardians are encouraged to take reasonable steps to prevent minors from accessing age-restricted Play360 services.

• Do not allow minors to use your Play360 account.
• Keep your password and authentication information private.
• Do not allow minors to access your wallet or payment methods.
• Use available parental-control features where appropriate.

9. Account Security

Users are responsible for protecting their Play360 accounts from unauthorised access.

Users must not share passwords, OTPs, PINs, recovery codes, or other account-security credentials with another person.

If you believe that a person below the applicable minimum age is using a Play360 account or accessing an age-restricted service, please report the matter through the official Play360 support or contact channels.

11. Privacy of Verification Documents

Information and documents collected for age, identity, bank, fraud, or security verification will be handled in accordance with the Play360 Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements.

Play360 may retain verification information for as long as reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, financial records, or legal and regulatory requirements.
