Refund Policy

Last Updated: 5 September 2026

Important: This Refund Policy explains when funds in a Play360 wallet may be eligible for withdrawal or refund and when funds are not refundable.

1. Wallet Balance

The legitimate balance remaining in a user’s Play360 wallet may be eligible for withdrawal or refund, subject to account verification, security checks, applicable laws, payment-provider requirements, and Play360’s Terms & Conditions.

Play360 may temporarily hold a withdrawal or refund while an account, transaction, payment, or security issue is being reviewed.

2. Amount Used to Place a Bet

Once a user places a bet using funds from their Play360 wallet, the amount used for that bet is not refundable merely because the user loses the bet.

If the bet is completed and the result is a loss, the amount lost will not be returned or refunded.

Example

If a user has ₹1,000 in their Play360 wallet and places a ₹100 bet:

  • If the user loses the bet, the ₹100 lost is not refundable.
  • The remaining legitimate wallet balance of ₹900 may be eligible for withdrawal, subject to this policy.

3. Unauthorised or Manipulated Game Activity

Play360 does not guarantee payment, winnings, refunds, or withdrawal of amounts obtained through unauthorised, fraudulent, manipulated, or prohibited activity.

Such activity may include, but is not limited to:

  • Manipulating or tampering with a game.
  • Exploiting a software bug or vulnerability.
  • Using unauthorised software, scripts, bots, or automation.
  • Hacking or attempting unauthorised access.
  • Manipulating game results or wallet balances.
  • Collusion or fraudulent activity.
  • Using another person’s account without authorisation.
  • Using stolen or unauthorised payment methods.
  • Any attempt to obtain an unfair or unauthorised financial advantage.

Security & Fraud Enforcement

If Play360 reasonably determines that an account has been used for game manipulation, hacking, fraud, cheating, exploitation, or other unauthorised activity, the relevant funds may be withheld while the matter is investigated.

A serious or confirmed violation may result in the user’s account being permanently suspended or terminated.

4. Unauthorised Transactions

If you believe that a transaction was made from your account without your authorisation, you should contact Play360 support as soon as possible.

Play360 may investigate the transaction and may request information or documentation required to verify the claim.

For your security, never provide your password, OTP, CVV, PIN, recovery code, or other confidential security credentials to anyone claiming to represent Play360.

5. Failed or Duplicate Transactions

If money is deducted from your payment method but the corresponding amount is not correctly credited to your Play360 wallet, or if the same transaction appears to have been processed more than once, contact Play360 support with the relevant transaction reference.

After verification, Play360 may correct the wallet balance or process an appropriate refund where applicable.

6. Withdrawal and Refund Verification

Before processing a withdrawal or refund, Play360 may conduct reasonable verification procedures, including account, identity, payment, fraud, transaction, and security checks.

A withdrawal or refund may be delayed or rejected where required by applicable law, payment-provider requirements, security procedures, or a legitimate investigation.

7. Refund Method

Where a refund is approved, Play360 will generally attempt to return the funds through the original payment method or another permitted payment method.

The time required for a refund to appear in the user’s account may depend on the relevant bank, payment provider, or financial institution.

8. No Refund for Completed Losing Bets

Users are responsible for reviewing a bet before confirming it.

Once a bet has been successfully placed and the game has been completed, a losing bet is not refundable simply because the user changes their mind, regrets the bet, or disagrees with the outcome.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude any refund, consumer, or statutory right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

9. Account Closure

If a user voluntarily closes their Play360 account, any legitimate remaining wallet balance may be eligible for withdrawal, subject to verification, applicable law, outstanding disputes, payment restrictions, and this Refund Policy.

Funds associated with fraud, manipulation, unauthorised activity, or other prohibited conduct may be withheld or dealt with in accordance with applicable law.

10. Policy Changes

Play360 may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes to its services, payment systems, security procedures, or applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

The updated policy will be published on the Play360 website with a revised “Last Updated” date.

11. Contact

When contacting support, please provide your registered account details and relevant transaction reference where available.
